Peanut Butter Honey Popcorn

There’s nothing like cozying up with your loved ones under a blanket and watching a movie. Add a sweet and nutty twist to your popcorn for family movie night with this peanut butter honey popcorn recipe.  1 bag of plain microwave popcorn
 Fine salt
 ½ cup Raw Alberta honey
  cup Sugar
 ½ cup Natural peanut butter
 ½ tsp Vanilla

Microwave popcorn according to instructions on the bag.
Once popped, pour the popcorn into a large bowl to cool, and attempt to remove any unpopped kernels.
Lightly salt the popcorn to taste.
Mix the honey and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes, then remove from the heat and add the peanut butter. Stir vigorously until all the peanut butter is melted, then mix in the vanilla.
Immediately pour the peanut butter caramel over the popcorn and stir with a long-handled wooden spoon until it's all coated. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
