However, the ABC is offering locally produced queens from Revival Queen Bees. These queens are available in our store.

Get your Italian Hybrid Carniolan for the 2022 bee season!

Niagara Beeway will donate $6 from every queen purchased via the Alberta Technology Transfer Program to support our research and extension programs.

Participants in this promotion will be helping us gather data on how well Italian Hybrid Carniolan queens perform in Alberta. The TTP will follow up with all beekeepers who purchase queens through this promotion to collect feedback on the performance and survivorship of the queens. Alberta needs additional sources for high-quality queen bees – do Italian Hybrid Carniolan queens fit the bill? Help us find out – and support the TTP at the same time – by purchasing a queen today!

Deposit Option: We are accepting a 50% deposit on these orders, the remaining 50% will need to be paid at pick-up by cash, cheque or e-transfer.

Pick-up information: Queens will need to be picked up at the Alberta Beekeepers Commission office (11434 168 Street #102,Edmonton, AB T5M 3T9). We will inform you by email of the exact date in advance, once shipping is confirmed.
