Milk and Honey Foot Bath

Between long hikes, days at the beach and working in the garden, our feet take a true beating in the summer.

Give your feet the attention they deserve as we move into cozy sock season with this therapeutic honey and milk foot soak.

Cleopatra was known to submerge in fragrant milk and honey baths to maintain soft and supple skin. Milk contains soothing vitamin D and exfoliating lactic acid, while honey is rich in antibacterial properties and seals in moisture as a humectant. Together, these power ingredients will wash away the wear and tear of summer and reveal soft and touchable toes as for fall.

1 cup raw Alberta honey
