- PRE-EVENT REGISTRATION: 12.00pm – 4.00pm
- Tuesday, November 17, 2026
- Trade show and conference sessions (all breaks held in the trade show hall): 8.00am – 5.00pm
- Hospitality night – Trade show hall
- Wednesday, November 18, 2026
- Trade show and conference sessions (all breaks held in the trade show hall): 9.30am – 3.00pm
- Tear down: 3.00pm

Trade Booth Package includes:

- ONE full delegate pass for booth representative (including meals). Additional booth staff passes available for $270 +GST per person.
- Booth space (8’ x 8’) including one six-foot draped table and two chairs, one 600-watt duplex outlet
- Great brand exposure with all coffee breaks taking place in the exhibits hall to maximize exhibitor traffic
