Skip the sugar packets and add a few teaspoons of honey to your latte instead. On top of the buzz from the espresso, you’ll get the added antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that honey provides.
At the bottom of a mug, add honey.
Pour a splash of steamed/warm milk into the mug and stir to mix in honey.
Add the shots of espresso then pour the rest of the steamed milk in along with the foam.
Drizzle honey over the top.
