The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Alberta Beekeepers Commission is governed by the rules set out in the Alberta Beekeepers Plan Regulation. An eligible producer is eligible to cast a vote only if that producer’s name appears on the current list of eligible producers. An eligible producer is eligible to vote on any question put to a vote at an annual Commission meeting if the eligible producer is present at the meeting at which the vote is held.
Eligible producers who are not individuals must, in writing, appoint an individual to be the representative of the eligible producer. These declarations must be completed prior to the Call To Order for the session in which the vote is to take place. An individual cannot represent more than one eligible producer. The vote card belongs to the individual and cannot be transferred. To nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf, please complete the following proxy form and submit prior to the AGM to email@example.com
